HEAD COACH........now what?

MSP believes fundamentals are key in ANY sport. Coaches are a HUGE part of that. Weather you played rec ball, high school ball, or at the collegiate level, how you coach is a large part of molding a young player. This is not an easy task.


Our program is designed specifically for a hands-on approach to sports. Knowing basic rules to first aid. Drills for a successful practice is one part, but showing organization, growth and communication to parents and athletes will speak volumes. MSP works with all budgets and will be able to assist in your needs.

PRACTICE PLAN

Not sure where to start, let MSP help. We will send you a step by step practice plan. The practice plan is yours to keep and can be for beginners all the way to advance players. Drills are designed for your needs and each plan is catered.

SEASON PLANNER

MSP is here to help. Fundamentals are vital in any sport. We have programs designed for a 12 week process. This planner will help gauge each player, each practice and each game to the highest level. Our programs have excelled from an average team to a championship team with basic elements some coaches may miss. We take the planning out of all a coach has on their plate.

COACHES CORNER

Are you looking to hold a class for your coaches? Ask MSP for help. We provide years of experience, drills for all coaches, and interactive books for all participants. There is a step by step process from forming your team to the championship game. We are here to show practice plans, communication pointers and so much more. Each participant receives a hands on approach, our MSP coaches book and dozens of drills to help infield, outfield, hitting and pitching. Classes typically run for 2-3 hours depending on class size.
